Smart Zero Free Trial: Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in trialling Smart Zero. Smart Zero is a Smart Commercial Energy solution. It is powered by NetNada's carbon accounting software and includes a Smart Commercial Energy module that monitors and incorporates your solar and battery asset data. Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding.

What the trial includes

• The Smart Zero free trial provides access to the Scope 2 module only of the standard NetNada software platform.

• The full NetNada offering includes Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions tracking; this trial is limited to Scope 2 reporting only and does not include access to Scope 1 or Scope 3 functionality.

• The Scope 2 module includes, but is not limited to, the energy monitoring functionality provided by Smart Commercial Energy.

The trial is provided for a period of one (1) calendar month from the date of activation and is limited to a single node (site). Additional sites, scopes, or functionality are not included as part of this trial and are only available as part of a paid subscription.

As part of the trial, Smart Commercial Energy will provide onboarding support to help you get set up and using the platform.

Trial conditions

This trial is governed by NetNada's standard Master Service Agreement, available at netnada.com/netnada-terms-and-conditions, which applies to your use of the underlying NetNada SaaS platform during the trial period. By accessing the trial, you accept those terms in full.

No obligation to continue

There is no obligation on your part to continue beyond the trial period. You are free to discontinue use of the platform at the end of the one-monthnth trial without cost or penalty.

What happens at the end of the trial

Towards the end of the one-monthth trial period, Smart Commercial Energy will contact you to discuss next steps. At that point, you may choose to be onboarded onto the full Smart Zero experience, covering Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions tracking across your full site portfolio, or to end the trial. If we do not hear from you or you do not wish to proceed, your trial access will end and no further action or payment is required.

Limitations

This trial is offered for evaluation purposes only and is provided on an "as is" basis. Smart Commercial Energy and NetNada make no guarantee of uninterrupted access during the trial period and reserve the right to modify, suspend or end the trial offer at any time, including before the end of the one-monthonth period, at their sole discretion.

Data entered during the trial relates only to the single node provided and may not reflect the full scope of emissions reporting available under a paid subscription. Any reports, insights or outputs generated during the trial, including the Smart Commercial Energy energy monitoring module, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting or compliance advice.

Smart Commercial Energy reserves the right to determine eligibility for this offer and to decline or withdraw the trial at its discretion.
